Emergency First Aid At Work (3 day)
The intensive 3-Day First Aid at Work course is designed for individuals seeking comprehensive first aid training. Ideal for high-risk environments like building sites and warehouses, this course provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills. Participants will be fully equipped to handle a wide range of medical emergencies, ensuring a safer workplace for everyone involved.
Bespoke First Aid

Outdoor First Aid
Passionate about long-distance trail walking and hillwalking, I bring extensive experience as a Walk Leader and Navigation Tutor to my Outdoor First Aid courses. Trained in Pre-Hospital Trauma and Remote and Hostile Environment First Aid, I am eager to share these vital skills with you. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, this course ensures you’re prepared for emergencies in challenging environments.
Plus F (Forestry First Aid)
Designed for those in forestry and remote working environments, our Forestry First Aid course was developed in collaboration with a local college. This comprehensive training covers catastrophic bleeding, crush injuries, hypothermia, and Lyme disease, alongside the standard first aid syllabus. Gain the specialized skills needed to handle emergencies unique to forestry work, ensuring safety and preparedness in the most challenging settings.
